What types of data do we collect?
When you receive our business updates, you accept that our company may collect some of your personal data. This page is intended to tell you what data we collect, why and how we use them.
We process two type of information:
- your e-mail address
- data that are automatically and specifically collected
- technical data such as IP address, browser type, information on your computer, data on the current (approximate) position of the instrument you are using;

How do we use your data and ensure their protection?
IPG Lex&Tax Studio Legale e Tributario holds your e-mail and stores it securely, using it solely on the basis of the legitimate interest in informing you of the activities and studies carried out by us.
Is the provision of data compulsory?
The provision of personal data is optional and is functional to the possibility of receiving dedicated e-mails.

Subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed
Under no circumstances we transfer or sell the personal data to third parties nor will we authorize the vision by such third parties.
The data collected may be disclosed to institutions, administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
How could you get information about the data, edit, delete or get a copy?
To export your personal information (takeout), you may submit a request to the following email address at info@ipglex.it. To request cancellation, just click on the link, of the same wording at the bottom of each newsletter received.
Your rights as data subject
Any data subject who is receiving our communications may:
- obtain from the Controller, at any time, information about the existence of personal data, the origin of such data, the purposes and methods of treatment and, if present, to obtain access to personal information and the information referred to in article 15 of GDPR Regulation;
- request the update, rectification, integration, cancellation, limitation of data processing if one of the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation occurs, such as the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data, processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected and / or subsequently processed;
- the object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if it is pertinent to the purpose of the collection and processing of personal data provided for the purposes of commercial information or advertising or direct selling to carry out market research or commercial communication. Each user also has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the process based on the consent given before the revocation;
- receive your personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automated device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The personal data will be stored in electronic form and for the time necessary to meet the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, in accordance with your privacy and with the applicable regulations.
Could the privacy policy change over time?
This privacy policy may be subject to amendments. If substantial amendments are made in relation to the use of the data of the user by the owner of the website, the latter will notify the user by publishing them with the utmost evidence on their pages or through alternative means or similar.
